1. AFL Drills - shortball drills

   1.1  Spin out of trouble
Ages   Senior, U/16, U/14, U/12.

Skills   Handball (quick, long). *Light contact or inferred pressure.
About
For coaching AFL footballers aged U/12 to senior, you will need 12 players, 6 cones and 1+ footballs. The length of this drill is 30 metres for seniors, when coaching juniors you should shorten this drill to a more appropriate length. This is a handball exercise to practice quick handballing and long handballing. Use this exercise early in the training session, or perhaps in between longer exercises for recovery.
