About
For coaching AFL footballers aged U/8 to senior, you will need 8 players, 2 cones and 1+ footballs. The length of this drill is 10 metres for seniors, when coaching juniors you should shorten this drill to a more appropriate length. This is a handball exercise to practice quick handballing and mid-length handballing. Use this exercise early in the training session, or perhaps in between longer exercises for recovery.
