Multi-ball Handball

Handball Quick.
Purpose
In traffic a loud voice is necessary to assist a teammate who is hot, and good peripheral vision is required to avoid contact with other players. This drill, good for pre-season or pre-game, practices these skills using many balls, giving each player many touches in a short space of time.
