  • Setup

    Use two tall marking options at each of stations (B) and (E)

  • Step 1

    (A) runs their full distance, steadies and kicks long to leading (B), then runs to station (C)

  • Step 2

    (B) marks and handballs to (C) who has made position front and square of them

  • Step 3

    (C) switches with a long handball to wide-running (D)

  • Step 4

    (D) runs their full distance, steadies and kicks long to leading (E), then runs to station (F)

  • Step 5

    (E) marks and handballs to (F) who has made position front and square of them

  • Step 6

    (F) switches with a long handball to wide-running (A)
