  • Setup

    2 full teams of 6v6 set up on either side of the court. A normal set-up for a Volleyball match applies. A coach (C0) starts with a ball by the net on the sideline.
  • Step 1

    You can STICK after any point you win, which BANKS your score safe. If you twist you're at risk of losing all your built up points. If you twist you have the chance to gain points quickly. Before we start the drill, these are the scoring denominations you can get in this game:
    If you win 1 point in a row then STICK= 1 point
    If you win 2 points in a row then STICK= 4 points
    If you win 3 points in a row then STICK= 9 points
  • Step 2

    Scoring system continued.
    If you win 4 points in a row then STICK= 16 points
    If you win 5 points in a row then STICK= 25 points
    If you win 6 points in a row then STICK= 36 points
  • Step 3

    The first team to reach 30+ points wins the game.
    Coaches can change the total depending on the standard of players.
  • Step 4

    The coach (Co) spikes of tosses the ball to team (A). They then dig, set & spike to start a proper Volleyball point.
  • Step 5

    The winning team who won the point get's 1 point.
    They can STICK and BANK their point, or
    Keep going and TWIST and play for 4 points
  • Step 6

    If (A) TWISTS then (Co) tosses the ball to them, if (A) STICKS then (Co) tosses to the losing team for the previous point.
