Setup
2 spikers (A) and (C) stand in Zones 4 & 2. All other players stand in a queue off court behind the service line.
Step 1
A player runs forward and digs from position (B) from a spike from player (A).
Step 2
The defender then moves sideways to position (D) and digs a firm spike from player (C).
Step 3
Meanwhile, a new player runs forward to position (B) and starts their circuit.
Step 4
The player then returns to the queue and the sequence continues.
